With this strategic expansion, we enable global trade in used vehicle parts of all kinds – for private individuals, workshops, and dealers alike. Over 1.4 billion vehicles are in use worldwide – our mission is to provide a sustainable reuse solution for each one.
2. Repair videos and step-by-step guides
Technical know-how made simple: we’ll soon offer detailed repair videos and guides directly linked to product listings – helping buyers safely install parts themselves. Whether you're a pro or DIYer, this feature saves time, money, and frustration.
3. Expert service for part identification & listing support
Can’t find the right part number? Our experts are here to help – via video call or photo upload. Whether you're submitting a parts request or creating a listing to sell, our support team ensures accuracy, confidence, and a more professional presentation.
4. Optional extended warranty add-on
In many countries, private sellers aren't legally required to offer a warranty – but buyers may still want one. With this optional add-on, sellers can offer extra protection to stand out, and buyers can purchase it even if the seller doesn’t provide it. This gives both sides maximum flexibility and peace of mind when trading used parts.
5. ZUGFeRD / Factur-X & PEPPOL Support
To meet future legal requirements across Europe, we will introduce automated invoice generation in ZUGFeRD / Factur-X and PEPPOL BIS 3.0 formats. These structured, machine-readable formats ensure compliance with the European EN 16931 standard and prepare our marketplace for upcoming EU regulations such as ViDA (VAT in the Digital Age), DAC7, and the OSS (One-Stop-Shop) VAT system. This not only increases transparency and efficiency but also ensures that both sellers and buyers remain tax-compliant in the long term.
6. Customs & import tax calculator with total price comparison
We calculate customs duties and import taxes automatically based on shipping and destination country. The total cost – including all fees – is displayed clearly, enabling fair price comparisons worldwide.
7. One-click generation of all customs documents
All required customs documents for international shipping are generated with one click – including commercial invoice, CN23, and more. Quick, compliant, and stress-free.
8. Electronic customs declaration
All export and import data is submitted electronically to customs – ensuring faster cross-border processing and fewer errors.
9. PayPal onboarding for verified sellers as an alternative to Stripe Connect
Stripe Connect currently supports sellers in 46 countries. To extend our reach, we’re integrating PayPal onboarding for verified sellers in additional regions. This makes our platform even more accessible, secure, and global.
