Payments on our marketplace are processed through our trusted partners, Stripe or PayPal, and not directly by us. Once the buyer has received the delivery, the payment will be released. If the buyer exercises their right of withdrawal, the payment will be released to the seller after the withdrawal period has expired, but no later than 14 days after delivery.

In the case of a return due to withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item does not match the description. Refunds outside of the legal period are only possible within the framework of the statutory warranty.
